How to export a list of your customers' contact details (email addresses and phone numbers)
In this article, we'll guide you through the steps of exporting your customers' contact details.
Within your webshop you can export your customers' email addresses and mobile numbers as CSV (comma-separated values) file format.
- In the website editor, go to 'Webshop'.
- Select 'Download data'.
- Click on 'Email addresses' or 'Mobile numbers'.
- The document will be downloaded as a CSV file. You can open it in any spreadsheet software or upload it to another service if needed.
Please note only the details of customers who have opted in at checkout will be included in this list.
