How to set up your email spam filter
In this article, we'll guide you through the process of setting up your email spam filter.
- In your Hub, go to 'Domain, Email and Hosting' in your product list.
- Click the 'Email accounts' tab.
- Locate the email account you want to configure.
- Click ' Settings' next to the account.
- Select 'Spam filter'.
- If the spam filter is not already enabled, switch the 'Active toggle' on.
- Use the sensitivity slider to adjust how strictly spam is filtered.
- Finally, click on the 'Update' button to save your changes.
The more aggressive the filter is set, the more emails it will block as potential spam. Occasionally, legitimate emails may also be filtered because the system detects patterns commonly used in spam or scam messages.
