How to change your Domain Guard website destination
The Website destination setting controls what visitors see when they open an included domain:
- Use a custom website address: forward visitors to your existing website.
- Use a holding page: display a simple holding page until your website is ready.
The destination applies to domains included in Domain Guard. Changing it keeps your protected name the same and does not affect domains managed on their own package.
Step 1
You can change the destination for your included domains by selecting Settings, then Website destination.
Step 2
Select Change destination and choose an option:
- Use a custom website address: enter your address in Custom website address (you can leave out https://), then select Save destination.
- Use a holding page: follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your choice.
Step 3
Check Current destination to confirm your choice has been saved.
