The Loyalty discount scheme was created to reward you for your loyalty. For each uninterrupted year as a customer, you'll earn an extra 10% discount, up to a maximum of 30%.

What can I use my loyalty discount for

Your loyalty discount can be used for new website or a redesign of an existing one. This discount is available on our standard website design packages but does not apply to any custom development fees.

How does it work

Each year you'll earn an additional 10% loyalty discount on the anniversary of when you became a customer.

Finding your loyalty discount

To locate your current loyalty discount, log in to the Webfactory Hub. Click on your profile picture, select 'Accounts & billing,' and then click on the 'Loyalty discount' link.

How often can I my loyalty discount

You can use your loyalty discount as often as you like.

Applying your loyalty discount

When you're ready to place an order, just let us know, and we'll provide a voucher code to use at checkout.
