How to refer someone to us and claim your referral credit

In this guide, we'll guide you through the process of referring someone to us and claiming your referral reward.

For every customer you refer who goes on to sign up for a website package, you'll receive a £50 reward. Your referral will receive a £50 discount. There are a few ways you can make a referral:

By phone or email

Have your referral mention your company name or unique referral code when they contact us.

  1. From the Webfactory Hub click on your profile picture then 'Earn rewards'.
  2. Then click on the 'Refer with a call' button.
  3. Finally give this code to your 'referral'

By referral link

You can share your unique referral link with your referral. This will automatically track their sign-up and link it to your account.

  1. From the Webfactory Hub click on your profile picture then 'Earn rewards'.
  2. Then click on the 'Refer with a link' button.
  3. Copy to link and give it to your referral.

By referral link on social media

You can share your unique referral link on social media. This will automatically track any sign-ups and link them to your account.

  1. From the Webfactory Hub click on your profile picture then 'Earn rewards'.
  2. Then navigate to the 'Get referrals from social media' section.
  3. Click on the link to the social network you want to share your referral link to.
  4. Follow the specific steps indicated for the network you selected.

Payment of your reward

Once your referral's account is linked to yours, payment will be processed within 30 days after your their new website goes live and the full balance has been settled.

You can choose to receive your £50 reward as a credit to your account or as a direct payment to your bank account. If there is an outstanding balance on your account, we may apply referral credits towards that balance.

Please note: The referral scheme may be withdrawn at any time. Only referrals indicated before sign-up can be claimed.
