To close your account you must contact our support team on 02920 090 190 or email us at hello@webfactory.co.uk.

When you request cancellation by email we will normally email you back a confirmation. This is because we want to make sure you understand the implications of account closure, such as loss of your data and your options if you wish to restore at a later date. You will need to provide a final confirmation after that before a closure will be actioned.

You need to ensure you notify us you wish to cancel before any invoices are generated to avoid those invoices becoming due.
