How to activate, deactivate and manage vouchers
In this article, we'll guide you through the steps of enabling, disabling and managing existing vouchers in your Webshop.

Step 1
In the website editor, go to the 'Webshop' tab.
Step 2
Select 'Vouchers'.
Step 3
Find the voucher you want to manage in the voucher list.
Step 4
Tick or untick the box beside the voucher to activate or deactivate it. Ticking the box enables vouchers to be used by customers. Unticking the box prevents the voucher from being applied.
Vouchers cannot be edited or deleted after they have been created. Changing or removing a voucher after it has been applied to a submitted order could create discrepancies in the order summary. If you no longer want customers to use a voucher, deactivate it instead.
