How to run a bulk action on your order
In this article, we'll guide you through the steps of running a bulk action on your customers' orders.
Bulk actions enable to perform the same action for multiple orders.
Step 1
In the website editor, select the 'Webshop' tab.
Step 2
Click on 'Orders' to access the list of all your orders.
Step 3
Find the orders which status you wish to amend and tick the box related.
Step 4
On the 'Select a bulk action dialog box', choose which action you wish to perform against your orders.
Step 5
Click on the 'Run action' button.
