In this article, we'll guide you through the steps of running a bulk action on your customers' orders.

Bulk actions enable to perform the same action for multiple orders.

1. In the website editor, select the 'Webshop' tab.
2. Click on 'Orders' to access the list of all your orders.
3. Find the orders which status you wish to amend and tick the box related.
4. On the 'Select a bulk action dialog box', choose which action you wish to perform against your orders.
5. Click on the 'Run action' button.
