Follow these steps to reauthorise Instagram access for your website. You can use this option to renew an existing connection.

If you want to connect a different Instagram account, first revoke the existing authorisation and then create a new connection. This creates a clean association with the new account and prevents information or settings from the previous account from being retained.

Do not use 'Reauth' to switch accounts. Reauthorisation is intended to repair the connection for the same Instagram account.

Use 'Reauth' when you want to keep the same Instagram account but need to repair or renew its connection. Reauthorising preserves the existing connection and its settings.

You may need to reauthorise access if:

• The connection has expired or stopped working.
• The Instagram account password or security settings have changed.
• Instagram or Meta permissions have been removed or changed.
• Your role or access to the Instagram account has changed.
• Instagram or Meta requires a security check or renewed consent.
• If the connection is working normally, you do not need to reauthorise it.
