What is User Access Control
User Access Control (UAC) is a feature that lets you restrict access to your website, ensuring that only authorised users can enter.
Individuals without the correct username and password will be prevented from accessing your site. TThis is particularly useful for internal company websites or a trade sites.
By enabling UAC, you can create and manage a list of users, giving you full control over who has access to your site.
Inside the website editor there are other ways to restrict access to your website. For simple requirements you can set a basic password for a set of pages. You could also use "IP address restriction", which restricts access to specific IP addresses.
