How to add pop-ups to your website
Pop-ups are windows that automatically appear over the main content of a website. They are commonly used to:
- highlight a promotional offer,
- collect email addresses,
- announce a new feature or product,
- display an important message (legal notice, maintenance update, etc.).
Adding a pop-up
From the website editor, go to Content.
Open Pop-ups.
Click Add Pop-up.
Enter a name for your pop-up, then click Add pop-up.
Edit the pop-up content as you would edit a web page.
Click Pop-up settings to choose when and where it appears, and to change the size of the pop-up window.
Click Update pop-up to save your changes.
Click Test pop-up at the top of the editor to open the saved pop-up on your website in a new tab. Save any further edits with Update pop-up before testing again.
Your pop-up has a unique ID, which you can use to link it from your website content.
How to link a pop-up to your content
