In the website editor, go to the 'Content' section.

Navigate to the 'Pages' section.

Either create a new page (for enhanced editor users only) or select an existing one.

In the page editor, click on the option to add a new section represented by . This appears between each of your existing page sections.

Select the desired number of columns for your section layout. Note, your form will appear in just one of the columns if you select more than one column.

Select 'Form' from the available options.

Finally, click on 'Add section' to add the form section to your page.

Once the section is added, locate the newly created page section and click on the form element placeholder to enter the form editor.

Within the form editor you can add various form sections such as a single line text box, multiple line text box etc.

Once you have added all your form sections your new form will be visible on your website.
