Introduction to banner settings
In this article, we'll provide a brief overview of the banner settings.
You can access your banner settings from within the website editor. From there, you can customise the settings for each individual banner.
Step 1
Select the 'Content' tab.

'Click on the 'Banner' section.
Banner settings will help you customise your banners. You'll find below a short explanation of what each settings do:
Settings
- Name: this refers to the name or title assigned to the banner.
- Dimensions: specifies the size of the banner in terms of width and height for desktop and mobile. The size measurement is by pixels.
- Type:
- Single slide visible: Display only one slide at a time.
- Multiple slides visible: Show multiple slides simultaneously.
- Where to show: Choose which page you wish for the banner to be shown.
- Sub pages inherit banner: Determine whether sub pages inherit the banner.
- Slide order:
- In order: Display slides in a specified order.
- Random: Show slides in a random sequence.
- Slide transition:
- Fade in and out: Smooth transition with fading effects.
- Back slide: Slides transition by moving backward.
- Go down: Slides transition by moving downward.
- Fade up: Transition with a fading effect from bottom to top.
- Scroll: Slides transition with a scrolling effect.
- None: No transition effect, slides change abruptly.
- Slide visibility time: Set the duration for each slide to remain visible before transitioning to the next.
- Button style: Choose what type of button is shown on the banner for easy navigation between slides.
- Central dots: Navigation dots at the centre for slide control.
- Central arrows: Navigation arrows positioned at the centre.
- Side arrows: Navigation arrows placed on the sides.
- Hide controls: Hide navigation controls.
Content
- Default captions style: Specify the alignment of captions (left, right, centre).
- Default animation: Define the animation style for content transitions.
