What is the difference between the desktop banner and the mobile banner

Your website’s banners have both desktop and mobile versions allowing you to optimise the banner slides for different screen sizes. Mobile banner slides appear only on mobile devices, while desktop banner slides display on larger screens and on mobile screens if no mobile specific slides are uploaded.

If needed, you can copy and crop your desktop slides to fit mobile devices.

We recommend uploading two versions because desktop slides tend to be very small and hard to see on a mobile device.
