How to find and view your website's form messages
In this article, we'll guide you through the steps of finding your website's form messages.
Usually form messages are sent to a nominated email account. The steps below let you access historic messages, including messages that were not delivered to your email account.
Please note that those messages will only be kept for a year before being automatically deleted.
Step 1
From the Hub, go to the website editor.
Step 2
Click on the 'Content' tab.
Step 3
Then, go to the 'Messages' section.
Step 4
You can now see all the messages submitted through your website.
Step 5
To read a message, simply click on it.
