How do I go pre-live with my website

In this article, we'll guide you through the steps of going pre-live with your website.

Going pre-live means that your website will only by accessible through your temporary web address, and enables you to make final adjustments and tweaks yourself before your website is fully launched.

Please note that going pre-live means that you're are happy with the design of your website and that you've signed off the design process. At this stage, if you need our designer to make changes for you, there may be an additional fee.

  1. Request to go pre-live: once you're happy with the final version of your website, let our customer support team know and request to go pre-live.
  2. Payment of remaining balance: before your website goes pre-live, we'll request that any outstanding balance is settled. Once the payment is processed, we'll start the process of going pre-live.
  3. Going pre-live: once your website is pre-live you can edit and make final changes to your website using the website editor.
  4. Ending pre-live stage: when you're happy with your amendments and tweaks and wish to go live, contact our customer support team and request to go live.
