How do I go live with my website
In this article, we'll guide you through the process of going live with your website.
Going live means that your website will be accessible via internet. Before going live, you can alternatively opt for the option to go pre-live first. Pre-live enables you to make your final adjustments and tweaks before your website is fully launched.
- Request to go live: Once you're happy with the final version of your website, let our customer support team know and request to go live.
- Payment of remaining balance: Before your website goes live, we'll request that any outstanding balance is settled. Once the payment is processed, we'll start the process of going live.
- Going live: Once your website is live, it'll be accessible by users on the Internet. At this stage we'll submit your website to Google. Please note that newly launch websites appear on search engines pages usually within a week, but this might take longer. This is out of our control and we are unable to make any alterations to this.
- Post-launch support: After your website is live, you'll still be able to make amendments to your website yourself with the website editor. E.g. write content, upload images, etc. If you need support after post launch, you can reach out to our customer support team via email, telephone or live chat.
