How to recrop your banner slides

In this article, we'll guide you through the steps of recropping your banner slides.

Sometimes you'll want to recrop a slide to focus on a specific part of the image or if the image you have uploaded does not conform to the dimensions of your banner.

When you upload a slide that is not the correct size, you'll automatically be taken to the cropping stage. However, the steps below enable you to recrop your slides later.

Step 1

In the website editor, go to the 'Content' tab.

Step 2

Click on the 'Banners' section.

Step 3

Open the banner containing the slides you'd like to recrop.

Step 4

Click on the icon next to the slide you'd like to recrop and choose 'Recrop slide'.

Step 5

You can choose between three options:

  • Crop: cut away parts of the image.
  • Fit: fit the image in the allocated space by adding coloured padding to the top and bottom of the slide.
  • Squeeze: squeeze the image to fit the required space but may make your image look strange.
