How to organise SiteRank keywords into groups
If you track lots of keywords in SiteRank, groups help you organise your search terms and focus on the rankings for a particular service or topic.
For example, you could create a Knowledge base group and a Website design group, then filter the list to review each service separately.
One tracked domain
SiteRank monitors one domain per subscription. Keyword groups organise terms within that account; they do not let you monitor multiple websites. To include all subdomains, use the root domain, such as yourdomain.co.uk, rather than www.yourdomain.co.uk.
Open Search terms in SiteRank.
Click Create group.
Enter a Group name, such as Knowledge base or Website design. Choose a name that describes the service or topic you want to track.
Click Create group to save it.
On Search terms, tick the checkbox beside each term you want to add to your new group. The checkbox at the top of the table selects all terms on the current page.
Click Assign to group.
Choose the group you want to assign the selected terms to. Use Find a group if you have a long list of groups.
Filter by group
To focus on a particular set of keywords, select a group from the Group menu on Search terms. If you have lots of groups, use Find a group to search for the one you need. Select All terms whenever you want to see your complete keyword list again.
