How to sort articles in your knowledge base
In this article, we'll guide you through the steps of sorting articles in your knowledge base.
- Click on the 'Content' tab.
- Select the category or sub category where you wish to organise your articles.
- Click and drag the articles into the desired position using the icon.
The order of your articles will instantly be updated.
