How to search for articles in you knowledge base
In this articles, we'll guide you through the steps for searching articles within your knowledge base.
You can search for specific articles using keywords or phrases.
- At the top of the screen click on the search bar.
- Type a keyword or a phrase.
- You'll find all the articles related to the searched keyword or phrase in the articles list. These will be clearly marked with the following icon .
When you search for an article, any related 'Categories' will also appear in your search results. These will be clearly marked with the following icon .
