How to change your Webfactory Hub password
In this article, we'll guide you through changing your Webfactory Hub password.
Every new password must contain at least eight characters, one number, one uppercase letter and one lowercase letter.
Click your profile image and select 'Your profile'.
Open 'Username & password'.
Scroll to the password section.
Enter your current password, enter and confirm the new password, then click 'Set new password'.
Select 'Forgotten password / Set password' on the Hub sign-in page.
Enter your username and click 'Request reset'.
Follow the link and instructions in the email.
Administrators and team members with the required management permission can set a password for another team member.
Click your profile image and select 'Manage team'.
Select 'Team members'.
Find the team member, open the three-dot menu and select 'Edit team member'.
Open 'Username & password'.
Scroll to the password section.
Enter your own current password, enter and confirm the team member's new password, then click 'Set new password'.
