In this article we'll guide your through the process of changing your Webfactory Hub password.

Changing your Hub password via your profile:

1. Click on your profile image and then on 'Your profile'.
2. Go to 'username and password'.
3. Scroll to the password section.
4. You can now change your password.
5. Save you new password by clicking 'Set new password'.

Changing your password via 'forgotten password' link:

If you can't recall your password, you can use the 'forgotten password' link on your Hub login page. This will send you a password reset email.

Changing your Hub password as an Administrator or a user with user management permissions:

1. Click on your user profile image and then 'Manage team'.
2. Select 'Team members'.
3. Find the user you'd like to change the password for.
4. Click on the 3 dots and go to 'Edit team member'.
5. Go to 'username and password'.
6. Scroll to the password section.
7. You can now change the user's Hub password.
8. Save you new password by clicking 'Set new password'.
