Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

In this article, we'll guide you through the steps of enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Note that this option is only available to administrators. Once enabled, it will apply to all users in your hub.

How to Enable 2FA

  1. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner of your screen.
  2. Select ' Hub settings'.
  3. Look for the 'Two factor security' option and toggle it 'On' to activate 2FA.

Once enabled, all users will be asked to enter a code when they next log in. This code will be emailed to the email address set on their user profile.

Why Use 2FA?

Two-Factor Authentication helps protect against unauthorised access by requiring users to confirm their identity. Because of this, even if someone is able to guess or obtain a user's password, they'll still not be able to access the Hub without also having the code sent to their email address.
