How to update your Webfactory email preferences

In this article, we'll guide you through updating your Webfactory email preferences so you can control which emails you receive from us.

Step 1

Select your profile image in the top-right corner of the Hub, then click on 'Your profile'.

Step 2

Select the 'Email preferences' tab.

Step 3

Choose which optional emails you receive:

Marketing: Product news and offers.
Monthly updates: A monthly summary of Webfactory news.
New features: Announcements about newly released features.
Service information: Essential account, service and security messages. This cannot be disabled so you always receive important service information.

Step 4

Select 'Update preferences' to save your preferences.
