How to run a bulk action on your orders
In this article, we'll guide you through the steps of running a bulk action on your customers' orders.
Bulk actions allow you to perform the same action for multiple orders.
Step 1
In the website editor, select the 'Webshop' tab.
Step 2
Click on 'Orders' to access the list of all your orders.
Step 3
Find the orders whose statuses you wish to change and tick the corresponding boxes.
Step 4
In the 'Select a bulk action' dialog box, choose the action you want to apply to the selected orders.
Step 5
Click on the 'Run action' button.
