How to sort vacancies on a recruitment page on your website

In this article, we'll guide through the steps of sorting vacancies shown within a recruitment page on your website.

Step 1

From the website editor, go to the 'Content' tab.

Step 2

Click on the 'Pages' section.

Step 3

Select the page displaying your job vacancies.

Step 4

Find the settings section represented by a cog icon and go to the 'Recruitment settings' tab.

Step 5

Click on the 'Vacancy sort order' box. A list of options will appear:

  • Name order: vacancies are arranged alphabetically by their names.
  • Oldest first: vacancies are displayed in chronological order, with the oldest ones listed first.
  • Newest first: vacancies are displayed in chronological order, with the newest ones listed first.
  • Close date order: vacancies are sorted based on their closing dates, with those closing soonest appearing first.
  • Close date order reversed: vacancies are sorted based on their closing dates, with those closing later appearing first.

Select the option you'd like your vacancies to be sorted in and click on the 'Update settings' button to complete the process.
