How to apply custom settings to your vacancies on your recruitment website
In this article, we'll guide you through the steps of applying custom settings to your vacancies.
You can apply custom settings to both new and existing vacancies.
In the website editor, click on the 'Content' tab.
Navigate to the 'Pages' section.
Select the page that lists your job vacancies
In the 'Vacancies' tab, either add a new vacancy or click on an existing one.
Once you're redirected to the vacancy editing page, go to the 'Application settings' tab and select 'Customised settings'.
You'll now have access to additional options that allow you to customise the vacancy's application settings:
Application message: Displays a message when an applicant clicks to apply for the vacancy.
Show application form box: Enable this option to display the application form when an applicant clicks the 'Apply now' button on the vacancy page.
Application delivery email address: Choose a specific email address to receive applications for this vacancy. By default, all applications are sent to your account's default email address.
Post application message: Displays a confirmation message after an applicant has successfully submitted their application.
Finally, click on 'Update settings' to finish the process.
