How to edit your website's footer

In this article we'll guide you through the process of editing your website's footer content.

The footer is the bottom part of your website, it usually contains your contact details, terms and conditions and social media links.

Please note that some websites may not have a dedicated footer section within the 'Content' tab. If this is the case, you can usually edit the footer's content within the 'General' section of the 'Settings' tab in the website editor.

  1. In the website editor, go to the 'Content' tab.
  2. Select the 'Footer' section.
  3. You can use two methods to add content to your footer:
    • Add a new section by clicking on the .
      • Choose the number of columns you wish to use.
      • Add the section.
      • Click on the newly creating section to edit it and add content.
      • Add the elements you'd like to appear on your websites.
    • Select an existing section to amend it.
      • Amend the content of the section.
  4. Complete the process by updating the changes.

We recommend not to expand the footer too much, but to keep it roughly the same size as it was originally when your website was created, this is to keep an harmonious design of your website.
