How to change an article's stage in your knowledge base

In this article, we'll guide you through the steps of changing an article's stage.

Step 1

Click on the 'Content' tab.

Step 2

Select the relevant category or sub category.

Step 3

Find the article you wish to update the stage for.

Step 4

Under the article's title find the stage section.

Step 5

Choose your preferred stage for the article.

Step 6

Finally click on the 'Update' button.
