How to add /create a new Webfactory Mail account
In this article, we'll guide through the steps of adding a new Webfactory Mail account.
- First, click on the 'Domain, Email and Hosting' section of your Webfactory Hub, you'll then be directed to the 'Domain, Email and Hosting Overview' page.
- Now, find and click on 'Email accounts'.
- To add a new email address, click on the 'Add new email address' button.
- A dialog box will appear where you'll be able to enter the details of your new email address.
- When all the details have been entered, click the 'Add' button.
- A confirmation will pop up letting you know that your new email account has been successfully created.

If you aren't able to add a new email address due to having reached the number of addresses included in your bundle, you can contact our customer support to upgrade your email bundle.
